What are the types of safety ropes?

1、Ordinary safety rope           The material is made of nylon or the like.        2、Live working safety rope           The materials are silk, moisture-proof silk, Dyneema, DuPont.        3、High strength safety rope           The materials are Dyneema, DuPont, and high-strength wire.        4、Special safety rope           For example, the fire safety rope material is the inner 4.3mm steel wire rope, and the outer fiber skin is prepared; the marine corrosion resistant safety rope material is Dyneema, Paster, high molecular polyethylene; the material of the high temperature resistant rope safety rope is Kevlar, which can -196. Long-term normal operation in the range of C to 204 °C. The shrinkage rate at 150 ° C is 0, and does not decompose and melt at a high temperature of 560 ° C; the heat shrinkable sleeve is a safety rope, the inner core is a synthetic fiber rope, and the outer skin is heat-shrinkable, wear-resistant and waterproof. <div style="white-space:nowrap;"> </div>

Safety rope detection

Safety ropes are an important measure to protect personal safety. Every time you use safety ropes, you should carry out corresponding tests. Then, what are the methods of safety rope detection? The following is a brief introduction to the safety rope detection brought by the construction network for reference.        Safety rope detection method:        (1)The safety rope should be hung low and low, pay attention to prevent the swing collision. For the use of long ropes of more than 3 m, buffers should be added, except for the slings used for self-locking hooks.        (2)Buffers, differential devices and self-locking hooks can be used in series.        (3)It is not allowed to knot the rope. It is also not allowed to hang the hook directly on the safety rope and should be hung on the connecting ring.        (4)The various components on the safety rope must not be removed arbitrarily. Pay attention to the rope cover when replacing the new rope.        (5)After two years of use of the safety rope, the inspection will be carried out according to the quantity purchase. The fence is subjected to a static load test and stretched by 5 mm at 2206 N. If it is not broken, it can be used continuously. When the safety rope impact test is suspended, the free fall test is carried out with a weight of 80 kg. If it is not broken, the safety rope can be used continuously. For the sampled tape, the safety rope must be replaced before continuing to use.        (6)When using frequent ropes, it is necessary to perform visual inspection frequently. When abnormalities are found, the new ropes should be replaced immediately. The tape is used for 3 to 5 years, and abnormalities should be scrapped in advance.

What is the safety rope for aerial work?

The so-called high-level work refers to the work performed by a person at a certain position as a reference. Safety rope is an essential protective tool, so is the safety rope really safe? Which kind of safety rope is good?        Safety belts and ropes must be made of nylon, vinylon and silk. The electrician's fence can be used with yellow cattle. Ordinary carbon steel or aluminum alloy steel for metal fittings.        The rope wrapping is made of leather, light belt, vinylon or rubber.        一、The safety rope adopts a unique double-layer preparation process, the core is a three-stranded rope, the outer skin is a machine-made outer casing, and the material is high-strength polyester. The safety rope is characterized by:        1.Never knot        2.Never weathered        3.Acid and alkali resistant        4.The outer skin is wear-resistant. If the customer wants stronger wear resistance, the outer skin can be made in three or four layers.        二、With aramid material, it is light in weight and can withstand temperatures of 400 degrees. High strength, wear resistance, durability, mildew resistance, acid and alkali resistance, simple and light. Instructions for use: A visual inspection must be performed each time the safety rope is used.        During the use, also pay attention to the inspection, test once in half a year, with the main parts not damaged. If it is found that there is damage and deterioration, it will be reflected and stopped in time to ensure safe operation.        (1)Must have sufficient strength to withstand the impact of the human body when it falls;        (2)It can prevent the human body from falling to a certain limit that can cause injury (that is, it should be able to improve the human body before this limit, and the position will not fall down). This condition needs to be explained again. When the human body falls down from a high place, if it exceeds a certain limit, even if the person pulls the rope, the impact force is too large, and the internal organs will be damaged and died. For this reason, the length of the rope should not be too long, and there must be a certain limit.        (3)Fire safety ropes are usually evaluated for strength in terms of strength, namely tensile strength and impact strength. The national standard requires that the tensile strength (limit tension) of the seat belt and its string members must be greater than the longitudinal tension caused by the weight of the human body in the direction of the fall.        (4)The impact strength requires the impact strength of the safety rope and accessories, and must be able to withstand the impact of the human body falling in the direction of the fall. Generally, the magnitude of the impact force is mainly determined by the weight of the faller and the distance of the fall (ie, the impact distance), and the fall distance is closely related to the length of the safety rope lanyard. The lanyard is long, the impact distance is large, and the impact force is also greater. The theory proves that the human body will be injured by the impact of 900kg. Therefore, the length of the safety rope lanyard should be limited to the shortest range while ensuring operational activities.        (5)The national standard sets the rope length of the fire safety rope to o.53m according to various uses. If the seat belt is suspended at a high altitude, the rope length is 3m, and the weight of 84kg falls. The impact load can reach 6.5N, and the impact damage is still about one-third of the damage, which can ensure safety.        三、The fire safety rope is made of synthetic fiber and is an auxiliary rope for connecting the seat belt. Its function is double protection to ensure safety. The general length is 2 meters, and there are also 2.5 meters, 3 meters, 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters. The safety rope of 5 meters or more is also used as a sling.
