一、The safety rope adopts a unique double-layer preparation process, the core is a three-stranded rope, the outer skin is a machine-made outer casing, and the material is high-strength polyester. The safety rope is characterized by:

During the use, also pay attention to the inspection, test once in half a year, with the main parts not damaged. If it is found that there is damage and deterioration, it will be reflected and stopped in time to ensure safe operation.

For this reason, the length of the rope should not be too long, and there must be a certain limit.
(3)Fire safety ropes are usually evaluated for strength in terms of strength, namely tensile strength and impact strength. The national standard requires that the tensile strength (limit tension) of the seat belt and its string members must be greater than the longitudinal tension caused by the weight of the human body in the direction of the fall.
(4)The impact strength requires the impact strength of the safety rope and accessories, and must be able to withstand the impact of the human body falling in the direction of the fall. Generally, the magnitude of the impact force is mainly determined by the weight of the faller and the distance of the fall (ie, the impact distance), and the fall distance is closely related to the length of the safety rope lanyard. The lanyard is long, the impact distance is large, and the impact force is also greater. The theory proves that the human body will be injured by the impact of 900kg. Therefore, the length of the safety rope lanyard should be limited to the shortest range while ensuring operational activities.
(5)The national standard sets the rope length of the fire safety rope to o.53m according to various uses. If the seat belt is suspended at a high altitude, the rope length is 3m, and the weight of 84kg falls. The impact load can reach 6.5N, and the impact damage is still about one-third of the damage, which can ensure safety.
三、The fire safety rope is made of synthetic fiber and is an auxiliary rope for connecting the seat belt. Its function is double protection to ensure safety. The general length is 2 meters, and there are also 2.5 meters, 3 meters, 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters. The safety rope of 5 meters or more is also used as a sling.
